He has held senior roles at Dell, Walmart China, China Resources, Morrison Express, and most recently HKBN, where he served as Group CFO driving the company's purpose-led ICT transformation.

Phil Zhou is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over two decades of experience across professional services, technology, and life sciences. After spending 13 years at Dell Technologies in senior finance roles, he held leadership positions at AWS, Microsoft, and Alibaba Cloud before joining ECARX as Group CFO for nearly five years. He currently serves as CFO at GenScript.

Issac Levin is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of global experience driving innovation and digital transformation across APAC, Greater China, and North America. Most recently a Director at Amazon Web Services, he possesses deep expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise systems, and scaling complex technical operations while navigating intricate regulatory environments.
