Chairman, OneAsia; Founder and CEO, Legan Group. Charles brings over 30 years of experience in data center development, digital infrastructure, and IT ecosystem strategy across Asia. As Chairman of OneAsia—a pan-Asian data center and cloud services platform—and founder of Legan Group, Charles has directly participated in the buildout of critical infrastructure that enabled the region's digital acceleration. His deep relationships with government bodies, telecom operators, and enterprise technology buyers position him as an invaluable counsel for portfolio companies navigating Southeast Asian market entry, regulatory engagement, and the infrastructure-to-software stack decisions that define competitive positioning in the region.

Stephen Shang

Former CEO, Honeywell Asia Pacific; Chairman, Honeywell Greater China. Stephen brings over 30 years of executive leadership spanning technology commercialization, industrial automation, supply chain optimization, and cross-border M&A. His tenure as CEO of Honeywell Asia Pacific and current chairmanship of Honeywell Greater China reflect a career spent solving the precise operational and governance challenges that Pegastone portfolio companies face during C2G expansion: managing dual-market compliance regimes, scaling operational depth without sacrificing agility, and building executive teams capable of supporting $100M+ revenue operations under geopolitical uncertainty.
